




Directed by Afroza Hossain Sara, “Song of Whales” is an award-winning 12-minute animation about a fisherman’s life-altering encounter with a mother whale’s mourning ritual. Produced by Team Platform in association with Alliance Française de Dhaka and Goopy Bagha Productions Limited, the film has earned global acclaim, including Best South Asian Short at Animela 2026 and the DigiCon6 Bangladesh 2025 Gold Medal.
‘The Hive and The Hymn”, a community co-creation art project centering on the Moual honey collectors of Satkhira to celebrate the shared ecological wisdom of the Sundarbans. Led by EUNIC Cluster Bangladesh and the European Union Delegation with Team Platform, HERITEINCE DoA BUET, and Riverine People, the initiative revives endangered folk arts like Gazir Pot and Pala Gaan.
“Birth of a Wish Fish”, a multidisciplinary exhibition about a yearlong exploration in the coastal region of Bangladesh. Through spontaneous journeys, visual storytelling, performance, and deep community engagement, this project offers a poetic lens on the fragile mangrove ecosystem and the hopes of those who live in harmony with it. It is an invitation to reflect, protect, and reimagine the bond between humans and nature.

Team Platform, in partnership with EUNIC Cluster Bangladesh and the EU Delegation, proudly presents ‘The Hive and The Hymn.’ This collaborative exhibition—developed alongside HERITEiNCE DoA-BUET and Riverine People—explores deep-rooted cultural heritage. Following its inauguration at the British Council Bangladesh on February 22, the showcase is now open to the public from February 23 to 26 (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
